This past Saturday the Cupcake Meet family gathered at Kidd’s Kids headquarter in Irving to donate our BIGGEST donation check to date. Our check of $11,000 was received by Lindsay of Kidd’s Kids. Words can’t express how grateful we are for being able to be apart of such a great cause.

For those that don’t know Kidd’s Kids was founded by no other than the late Kidd Kraddick. He was an icon for the DFW community, and many of us grew up listening to him on the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show. Kidd’s Kids was founded with the goal of providing chronically ill/ and or physically challenged children with an unforgettable adventure. Each year they sponsored approximately 50 children and their families for the trip.

With that being said we would not be able to fulfill this goal without the help of so many that made Cupcake Meet 19 last month a huge success. Thank you for the tremendous help and support of our Sponsors, Volunteers, Supporters, and Staff.

First and foremost we would like to thank everyone who came out this past Saturday to help us celebrate our 5 year anniversary event. We hope everyone had a great time, saw many awesome rides, as well as made new friendship. It was truly an honored seeing so many different car groups supporting us from many cities! Although the weather was quite cold our hearts were warm because of the tremendous support from our supporters, sponsors, models, volunteers, and staff. Bare with us as we will make arrangements for our check presentation to Kidd’s Kids within the upcoming weeks.
